Kolfly provides an AI-powered KOL (Key Opinion Leader) marketing command center. The service includes, but is not limited to:

• KOL Operations & Management tools (scrapers, trackers).
• AI Agent Ads Manager and AI Image & Video Generator Hub.
• Advanced analytics, post scheduling, and campaign marketplaces.

3. Accounts & BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and external API keys you use to access the service.

BYOK Policy: Kolfly relies on third-party AI models (Bring Your Own Key). You agree that your use of third-party APIs is governed by their respective terms of service. You are solely responsible for all charges incurred on your third-party API accounts.

4. Payment Terms

Kolfly may offer promotional, early-adopter pricing models (e.g., $19 locked-in promotional fee). The promotional status and pricing lock guarantees apply strictly as outlined at checkout and apply only to consecutive license renewals unless canceled. Regular users may be subject to standard subscription fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kolfly, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
